SANAISI Reflective Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint is a hot-melt powder marking material formulated with premixed glass beads for road lines that require stronger nighttime visibility. The material contains C5 resin, EVA, PE wax, titanium dioxide, glass beads and filler materials, forming a hard marking layer after heating, application and cooling.
Unlike standard non-reflective markings, this reflective type combines the thermoplastic layer with glass beads to return vehicle headlamp light toward the driver. Extra reflective micro glass beads can also be distributed over the freshly applied surface to enhance the initial nighttime reflective effect.
The product is available mainly in white and yellow, packed in 25 kg bags, with a recommended heating temperature of 180–220°C. Reference drying time after marking is 3–15 minutes, depending on temperature and humidity.

Reflective glass beads are incorporated into the thermoplastic formulation, allowing reflective particles to remain available as the marking surface wears.
Fresh surface-applied micro glass beads help return headlamp light toward approaching drivers, improving the visibility of lane lines and directional markings after dark.
After heating and application, the molten material cools into a hard film with good wear resistance for traffic-bearing road surfaces.
The thermoplastic resin formulation provides strong adhesion to correctly prepared road surfaces.
The reference touch and full-dry time is approximately 3–15 minutes, supporting efficient marking operations.
The product is available in common road marking colors including white and yellow.

The supplied application photos show the product used for long white lane lines, directional arrows and large-area traffic guidance markings on urban roads and highways.

For reflective road marking projects, these two bead positions serve different purposes:
| Glass Bead Position | Function |
| Premixed In Paint | Provides Reflective Particles Within The Marking Layer |
| Applied On Surface | Provides Stronger Initial Surface Reflection |
| Gradually Exposed Beads | Helps Maintain Reflection As The Marking Wears |
This layered reflective approach is particularly useful for highways and urban traffic routes with nighttime operation.
